Itinerary
- Meet our representative at Srinagar airport, transfer to hotel / Houseboat.
- Afternoon, leave for local sightseeing of Srinagar City. Visit: - Mughal gardens: - CheshmaShahi (Mughal Spring), Nishat (The Garden of Bliss), Shalimar (The Abode of Love).
- In the evening, shikara rides in the world famous dal lake.
- Overnight stay at Srinagar.
- After breakfast, transfer to Gulmarg for a daytrip via Tangmarg.
- In Gulmarg You take a ride in worlds highest cable car "Gondola" or enjoy your day by playing golf in the world’s highest golf course (On your own cost) or can visit Rani Temple, Gulmarg Golf Course Gulmarg church by walk or by pony (On your own cost).
- Return to Srinagar.
- After breakfast, the name "doodhpathri'' means Valley of Milk. He asked the milk that you can only be used for drinking and not performing ablution.
- It is said that the famous saint of Kashmir Sheikh ul Aalam Sheikh Noor din Noorani has prayed here and once when he was in search of water in the meadows, to offer prayers, he pricked the ground with his stick to search for water and milk came out.
- Hearing this milk at once changed its state to water and the meadow got its name Doodhpathri.
- The water which is at present flowing through the meadows has a milky appearance from the distance and remains very cold throughout the year.
- The lush green grasses over the vast meadows and silver shining streams running over the large stones further increase its beauty.
- Dinner and overnight stay at a hotel in Srinagar.
- After breakfast, transfer to Srinagar Airport.
